Well, I was hoping this week would be better. Even though we went out to eat twice I still had high hopes. It turns out we BOTH lost! Woohoo!!!!

That is a loss of 2.6 lbs. And he was so worried about this week. He didn't need to stress about it at all. And if you'll notice that poor left big toe was stubbed chasing our niece Maddie up the stairs. The nail was bent all the way back to that white line...poor Stevey!

My favorite breakfast is homemade egg mcmuffins. One english muffin, fried egg, and slice of ham. I usually have a yogart with it. Try it. It's very filling, quick, and super yummy :)
